9. As soon as one has reached the status described in point 5, ie attachments are limited, anger, etc., one has reached the 3rd level of intensity, which means the spiritual aspirant no longer becomes so angry that anyone from the outside recognizes this, either so pride, so insidious and no longer so greedy that you even cling to your own life so much that anyone could recognize this from the outside. The aspirant can see here that his spiritual progress begins with the mastery of anger. Supreme forbearance and being able to forgive everyone the very moment one is hurt, the beginning of the higher meditation begins, which only begins in the 7th guṇasthāna.
