For a) and b) after transition to the 6th guṇasthāna with Ācārāṅgasūtra, in particular the meaning of Ācārāṅga Sūtra, Book II, Part 3, fifteenth lecture, verse 23[1] and before Pt. 39 on the ladder of righteousness is carried out to read, understand and memorize the Niśīta Sūtra. Both books together are called Ācārprākalp and knowing their contents is a prerequisite for taking Jinkalpi[2] and embarking on the wanderings unaccompanied or with another spiritual aspirant. Before leaving one can register with the Kevalajñānavinayatāpasya-Saṅgha.[3]

[3] The upāśraya of the Kevalajñānavinayatāpasya-saṅgha is then the domicile. This secures the legal status of a mendicant monk in Switzerland, since begging is banned in some communities, but there is also the right to freedom of religion, i.e., the Jain mendicant monk must not be prevented from practicing his religion.
Regarding the relationship of the spiritual sphere to the political sphere, the point of view taken by the Kevalajñānavinayatāpasya-saṅgha is to be observed, see § 10.
